Our Service Policy
By requesting transportation services from ThunderRoute Care Transport LLC, customers agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every ride we provide to our community.
Scheduling and Service Requests
All transportation requests are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Submitting a ride request does not guarantee service until confirmed by ThunderRoute Care Transport LLC. Furthermore, we reserve the right to decline transportation requests that cannot be safely accommodated to protect our passengers and staff.
Pricing, Payments, and Waiting
Pricing displayed is subject to verification based on mileage and trip details. Payments may be required in advance. Customers are responsible for all applicable charges. Waiting service is available upon request at a rate of $15 per 30-minute increment. Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or provider changes. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
