Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations

Full Refund for reservations canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Late Cancellation - Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.

Driver Wait Time

Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time. If the passenger has not arrived or contacted ThunderRoute Care Transport within that period, the trip may be considered a no-show.

No-Show Fee

No-show reservations are subject to a fee equal to the greater of $35 or 50% of the scheduled trip fare, whichever is greater.
