Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Full refund for cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup.
Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $25 fee.
Drivers wait up to 15 minutes beyond scheduled pickup time.
No-show reservations are subject to a fee equal to the greater of $35 or 50% of the scheduled trip fare, whichever is greater.
